Submersible ejector pump works in the same manner as Turbine pump and offers the same advantages.
Submerged High pressure recovery ejector pump utilizes the available high pressure water injection (WI) know as primary flow which creates the suction of sea water called secondary flow and it further combines both flows to help extinguish fire at the platform.
High pressure water injection known as primary flow is injected to the ejector's nozzle at which venturi effect is created where suction of sea water also known as secondary flow takes place and further enters into the pump through the strainer.
The suction of secondary flow is in multiple times to that of primary flow.
